Stats: JanaHindi Version 0.99.1 has 675 glyphs and no kerning pairs; JanaMarathi Version 1.00 (July 7, 2004) has 680 glyphs and no kerning pairs.
Support: Devanagari.

Special Notes: JanaHindi appears to be identical in appearance to Raghindi (raghu.ttf). JanaMarathi contains additional characters specific to Marathi. A remark from the JanaHindi download page at TDIL: "JanaHindi is recommended to be used for continuous text in minimum 18 pt. Size (on screen) and 12 pt. Size (on paper)." These fonts are designed for use with IndiX, a localization of the Linux operating system into five Indian languages: Hindi, Marathi, Sanskrit, Tamil, and Kannada.
